I have a lovely little terrace garden and see plants changing, growing, leaves dying, flowers blooming, wilting... in nature the process of ageing is so natural! It’s only us human beings who want to hold on temporary things and be upset when it doesn't work!

I have always found cheerful old wrinkled white-haired people very cute and attractive. They seem to resonate with the wisdom of all their life experiences.

Imagine being stuck at a particular age all your life. It would not only end up feeling boring and pointless but would also end up driving you crazy!

When I see the few white hair which have found their way into my head full of black hair, I feel grateful for all wonderful wisdom and good judgment that comes along with age.

Our bodies are constantly changing, in Vippasana, each sensation is an indication of change, reflecting the temporary nature of everything we give importance to.

If one day you find yourself asking yourself these or similar questions -How did I get so fat? What is happening to my skin? – It simply means that you have been too busy with so called important things and have forgotten to pay attention to yourself.

Ageing is a natural normal process and nothing in nature is ugly. If you see a leaf growing old, it’s beautiful how many colors it changes to before eventually dying.

Not to age is not a choice we have; the choice is to choose to grow old gracefully. The simplest way to grow old gracefully is live our present moment gracefully, filling ourselves and other people around us with good vibrations and beautiful thoughts.

Some day’s if life seems ugly to me, I try to remind myself that I have created this ugliness. The way in which I deal with my present situation is what is going to create my future! I loved reading Osho’s words on responsibility. He said that taking responsibility for your suffering empowers you to have means of removing it from your life.

EMPOWER YOURSELF AND SEE HOW BEAUTIFULLY YOU FLOWER..:)
