Pain is kind of a primary emotion. Pain can be caused by many emotional reasons such as break up in love, anger, depression, failure, hatred, frustration, etc. When a person is in pain he/she may react in a very different way to certain situations. Dealing with pain can be a difficult for person as he/she is not willing to come out of that pain.
I believe that when a person is pain and is depressed he should start seeing the positive side of life. He should go out to a peaceful place for a change of environment, which will help him find the actual person inside him. When we are depressed we just want to be with ourselves and so a change of place will help us overcome the pain we are in.
Many people believe dealing with pain is just impossible, it’s like sinking ship which will never rise, but I want tell those people it’s a wrong thought they have. Dealing with pain is like a bad night where deep inside us we are aware that there is a fresh morning in the next few hours. The only important point which we may miss, is not know how much time it is to see the light of happiness.
When we make pain a part of our life and start living with the same it becomes difficult to come out of it. One should start meditation when he is in pain or depressed or lost his loved one. Meditation is the best possible way to know the actual you. There are specialized ashrams and clinics around the world where they help you come out of pain. It has been a success with many.
When a person is firm to come out of the bad phase of his/her life, only this will act as the biggest positive point in his life. Dealing with pain can motivate many people come out of depression. When someone is emotionally hurt he may not see the happiness and positivity around him.
There are times when we have to let go the emotional pain in us and at times the pain itself will heal with time. The choice is ours.....
