Panic attacks can come to people in case of sudden fear or extremely tensed situations. It is a disorder in the body. Generally it is noticed that panic attacks are due to an abnormality of the brain. This abnormality may inappropriately activate the body's hormonal system and cause a sudden "fright or flight" response. Panic attack is disorder or an illness which occurs in one’s body even at the early stages of life. Usually there are a lot of symptom’s of panic attack like, trembling, shaking, accelerated heart rate, sweating, chest discomfort, fear of losing control, feeling out of the reality, flashes in front of eyes, feeling dizzy, sensation of feeling choked and many other for that matter.
Dealing with panic attacks is not easy but one should always be prepared to deal with the same. One should first make oneself understand that there are chances of you passing out. Do not think that when you get panic attacks you will die or something bad will happen, think positively as there are solutions and treatments of dealing with panic attacks. There are times when one will assume of getting a panic attack when no such situation will occur. Panic attacks cannot harm you in any major way. While dealing with panic attacks always remember your heart will not stop beating, you will not stop breathing, and a panic attack will not make you mentally disable. Actually finding why our thoughts are irrational and unstable can help us overcome the fear of panic attacks. When a panic attack is about to hit you try diverting your mind, distract your mind from that situation by talking to someone, start listening to music, etc. Dealing with panic attacks will become easier this way. Even by changing the place will help you overcome a panic attack.
