Dealing With Yoga Practices During Pregnancy

•Be sensible. Do not overstrain or push yourself and never exhaust yourself.
•Do the asanas regularly. Adapt your routine to do asanas, which are comfortable on that day.
•Turn to one side when getting up from any lying down posture.
•You may not be able to reach the final position but do not be discouraged and do the asana to the best of your capacity.
•During the prenatal stage, avoid any asana or pranayama, which puts pressure on the abdomen. For e.g. lying face down or forward bending asanas. Inversions are not allowed during this time.
•Immediately stop all asanas in case of vaginal bleeding and consult your doctor immediately.
•The asanas will benefit the whole body and make you happier and more positive.
